They refuse to cancel my order through phone and e-mail. After the initial attempt to cancel my order, I call them up to talk to another customer service and they refuse to pick up the phone. They refuse to call me back even after I record a voice mail. After 5 fail attempt using the phone number they have on the record, I try to call them using one of my coworker phone, they pick up. They refuse to cancel it and refuse to let me talk to the super visor. www.ExoticPhone.com is a scam website. DO NOT BUY PHONE AT www.ExoticPhone.com.
I got scammed by exoticphone.com 2 months back, I bought a blaclberry 8900 and they sent me a motorola l6, I called and they threatend me that they will ruin my credit card..then I end up cancelling that card.
Damn, I hope you successfully return it. If not I guess it’s too late since you cancel your credit card.
It’s sad that these company exist and you found out the truth when it’s too late. I spend most of my time calling them and ask for refund, once they agree, you still have to call them up to make sure they process the refund otherwise they ignore it.
I also got scammed by exoticphone.com I bought a v3 and never received the phone since then they charged my credit cared 2 times to buy laptop from their own company..I have disputed all the charges, be careful everyone. dont get scammed by exoticphone

I heard they actually sell your credit card number to a different fraud and scam agencies. For example, you buy something from exoticphone.com they will have your credit card information up for sale to fraud group, and then the fraud group will use you credit card to get what they want.
